ALL continuing PhD students should print, sign and return the form to the secretaries before 18th May 2017. If you are currently not in Cyprus, please sign and scan the forms and send them to your academic advisor via e-mail.

Please note that these forms are different from the plagiarism contract we use in the department and that they are required by the Graduate School of Educational Sciences, so ALL PhD students should make sure that they sign these two forms too.
