PhD students who will be taking ELT 604 - Seminar course in the Spring 2016-17 semester should submit their research proposals to the department by 15th February 2017. Proposals should be sent to [email protected] Please also CC your head of the department in your e-mail. The proposal meeting timetable will be announced in due time.

Please note that students who do not submit a proposal by the deadline will not be able to attend the meetings and will not be able to take the Seminar course this term.

Please also note that these meetings are NOT qualification exams. These are departmental meetings to discuss your study before you are assigned a supervisor. The dates of the qualification exams for thesis students will be announced in due time.
